It functions as a facilitator to seek companies whose growth has faltered, analyse the commercial data, filter the opportunities and negotiate a solution. At that point, with the agreement of the partner company, an introduction is made to the separate funding company, Windsor Place Corporate Funding Ltd.
Funds are introduced in a wide range of ways and are always conditional upon the active participation of Windsor Place personnel for the duration of the agreed timescale to the agreed exit strategy. Windsor Place Corporate Management Ltd receives a fee on the successful completion of a funding transaction.
